Scholars, What are some of your favorite activities (so far)? What activity would you write on a slip of paper if you were the teacher?
The final days of fifth grade are coming to an end...boo hoo! As of May 19th there were 24 days left before these young lads and ladies will be promoted to grade six. To add some fun and engagement to the end of the year each of the remaining 24 days a student is randomly picked to "bust" or "pop" a balloon. With each bust a student must retrieve a slip of paper with an activity for the day. Scholars, What are some of your favorite activities (so far)? What activity would you write on a slip of paper if you were the teacher?

The best bust a balloon activity so far was the tent reading. I also liked the popsicles. If I were a teacher, I would probably put in "do what ever you want all day" or "man hunt around the school and outside"

My favorite Bust- a- Balloon was the tent reading. If I were a teacher I would write "Have an early Field Day" or " Capture the Flag in the woods".

My favorite activity so far was having ELA in a different location. If I were a teacher I would make one of the messages say, make a structure out of clay.

My favorite bust-a-balloon was the popsicles and the tent reading. It was fun creating the tent and going in it. If I were a teacher, I would make one of the messages say, extra recess.

My favorite bust a balloon activity is tied between the popsicles and tent reading. If I was a teacher I would add a no math bust a balloon activity.

Out of all the the balloons my favorite was the the reading in a fort. I really enjoyed that because you got to make a fort and then read in it which I thought was really fun.

The bust a balloon is quite an activity that always keeps me in suspense . I'm always wondering will it be extra recess or wear your shirt backwards or maybe even something completely different that I never would have suspected.

Bust a balloon is a fun and suspenseful activity. I go to bed wondering; what will tomorrows bust a balloon be? One bust a ballon activity I would want is have science class in the woods.

I really like the Bust A Balloon activity. I liked reading under the beach towel tents that we made. It was a creative and fun way to spend your reading time. If I was the teacher, I would put reading and drawing for the day. I would also put eat and relax.

Bust-A-Balloon is very fun. You never know what message will come from inside it. I liked the popsicle and beach towel reading the best.
